Our Story

It all begun with an idea of producing healthy eggs for our family, whilst also thinking of the city we love: New York City.


Ensuring that our hens are pasture-fed combining organic grain only when necessary is at the core of our mission.
We own a Victorian homestead from the 1850’s nestled in the country side of the beautiful state of Vermont. It is there that we now raise pasture fed hens to produce the healthiest, tastiest version of an egg we have ever eaten.

Our hens are vaccinated and roam free.

We understand the need for healthy food and products that may be less accessible for families in the city we love.
